Online/ Offline(Fax In) Order Terms and Conditions
All ORDERS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE (first come first serve basis), otherwise an additional S$12 surcharge is applicable.

• ALL DELIVERIES ARE STRICTLY CASH ON DELIVERY, unless otherwise specified.

• FREE DELIVERY TO A SINGLE LOCATION
– for a minimum order of S$80, for all areas except Jurong Island & Sentosa.
– for a minimum order of S$100, for delivery to Jurong Island & Sentosa.
– for orders below S$80, please arrange for self-collection at our respective outlets.

• All orders MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE (subject to first come first serve basis),
otherwise an additional S$12 surcharge is applicable.

• The exact time of delivery CANNOT be fixed. However, LEE WEE & BROTHERS’ PTE LTD will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.

• All deliveries must be made before 5pm, otherwise delivery charge is applicable as follows:
– Delivery before 7.00am, additional $22
– Delivery before 9.30am, additional $12
– Delivery after 5.00pm, additional $22

• All cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing via email/ fax and conditions apply,
verbal cancellation shall not be entertained.

• A penalty fee will incur for morning and evening order cancellations.

• S$5 surcharge is applicable for each amendment request.

• 100% surcharge is applicable for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.

• $20 surcharge applicable for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day.

• Customer agrees to visually inspect the goods at the point of delivery and goods recieved shall be deemed accepted without any further discrepancy.

• We reserve the right/s to cancel any orders for error lapse in payment.

• A late payment penalty fee shall apply for all overdue payment

• All prices stated are GST inclusive.

• LEE WEE & BROTHERS' FOODSTUFF PTE LTD reserves the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to its company policies.

• In the event that there is no recipient present at the delivery destination to receive the order, a S$12 surcharge is applicable for the next earliest delivery time slot.

• Buffet orders ARE NOT INCLUSIVE of tables, chairs, table cloth and warmers.

• For buffet orders, boxes or containers will not be provided for take away request.

• Consuming any take away food for buffet orders will be at ones own risk and responsibility.

• We advise that all orders are to be consumed within 2 hours upon purchase/delivery and are attested to be spoilage free at the point of purchase/delivery. Any food consumed after 2 hours are at the client’s own discretion and therefore becomes their responsibility.

• We accept no liabilities for any order sold from a third-party reseller.

• Any disputes and/or disagreements between buyer and third-party reseller will not be entertained.

• We reserve the rights to seize or demand payment for any unpaid delivered item/s from the receiving party.

• While every care has been taken in providing this information, LEE WEE & BROTHERS’ FOODSTUFF PTE LTD or its agencies cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy.

• The information contained herein is subject to change & cannot form part of an offer or contract.

• Please kindly read these terms and conditions thoroughly. By placing an order over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accept our terms and conditions herein on behalf of all persons in the party.
