Online/ Offline(Fax In) Order Terms and Conditions
All ORDERS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE (first come first serve basis), otherwise an additional S$10 surcharge is applicable.
All deliveries are STRICTLY CASH ON DELIVERY, unless otherwise specified.
FREE DELIVERY TO A SINGLE LOCATION for ( From 1st March 2010 onwards ):
- a minimum total order of S$80 for all areas (except for Jurong Island & Sentosa).
- a minimum total order of S$100 for delivery to Jurong Island & Sentosa.
(for orders below the minimum order, please arrange for self-collection at our respective outlets.)
DELIVERY TIME:
All deliveries are to be made before 5pm, otherwise delivery charge is applicable for delivery before 9.30am & after 5pm
The exact time of delivery CANNOT be fixed but LEE WEE & BROTHERS’ PTE LTD will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing as follows :
Additional charge is applicable.
- Delivery before 7am, additional $20
- Delivery before 9.30am, additional $10
- Delivery after 5.00pm, additional $20
AMENDMENT/S & CANCELLATION/S:
Amendment/s & cancellation/s are allowed for confirmed orders with at least 24 hours advance notice and is subjected to availability of time slot.
DELIVERED ORDER CHECKED:
Delivered order must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery/collection.
ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES (APPLICABLE):
S$5 surcharge is applicable for each amendment request.
100% surcharge is applicable for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
LEE WEE & BROTHERS’ FOODSTUFF PTE LTD reserve the rights to substitute any item/s that is/are of equivalent or higher value, depending on stock availability
In the event that there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the order, a S$10 surcharge is applicable for the next earliest delivery time slot.
We reserve the rights to seize or demand payment for any unpaid delivered item/s from the receiving party.
All overdue payments are subject to a 7% monthly late interest charge.
Buffet orders DOES NOT INCLUDE tables, chairs, table cloth and warmers.
All prices stated are subjected to prevailing GST.
