•S$5 surcharge is applicable for each amendment request
•100% surcharge is applicable for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice
•LEE WEE & BROTHERS’ FOODSTUFF PTE LTD reserve the rights to substitute any item/s that is/are of
    equivalent or higher value, depending on stock availability
•In the event that there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the order, a S$10  
    surcharge is applicable for the next earliest delivery time slot.
•We reserve the rights to seize or demand payment for any unpaid delivered item/s from the receiving party
•All overdue payments are subject to a 7% monthly late interest charge
•Buffet orders DOES NOT INCLUDE tables, chairs, table cloth and warmers
•All prices stated are subjected to prevailing GST
